Wooden Flooring in Abu Dhabi and Dubai

Wood floors make a home feel warmer and quieter than tiles — and in the UAE, the right floor also has to handle AC, humidity and sand. Rose Technical Services LLC has installed wooden flooring in villas, apartments and offices since 2002, and we help you choose the floor that suits your room and budget.

Flooring Types

Solid parquet — hardwood strips or blocks in herringbone, chevron or plank patterns; can be sanded and refinished.
Engineered wood — real wood top layer on a stable core; more stable than solid wood.
Laminate — wood look at a lower price; choose AC4/AC5 grade for busy homes.
SPC — rigid, fully waterproof click flooring for kitchens, kids’ rooms and rentals.
Vinyl / LVT — quiet and comfortable for offices and clinics.

Installation Done Right

Most floor problems — gaps, squeaks and lifting — come from a poor base. We check the subfloor for level and moisture, level the screed, lay a moisture barrier and underlay, leave expansion gaps and fit skirting and thresholds. Our carpenters also trim doors so they open freely.

Parquet sanding and polishing, replacing damaged planks, fixing squeaks and lifting boards, and new skirting.
